Question: Hi, please help. I have now mounted a TV tuner. 2 windscreen antennas and 2 at the back on the sides. The station search but searches only the radio category. But there are also local TV channels in the radio category. when I choose some of the tv channels in the radio section, it’s just sound, never picture. Why not search for DTV? I don’t know what to do.
Answer: On the OSD menu, there are DTV standard switch for dvb-t and dvb- t2, Please change this setting and autosearch the channel again
Question: We have switch DVB-T2, but we just got two channels.
Answer:
1. Please try to switch DVB-T, auto search, to check the local tv program is DVB-T or DVB-T2 or both.
2. Maybe the local area has only 2 channel tv as a trial to use DVB-T2? How many TV channels are dependent on the local tv company supplied. Please check your other tv box, like your home tv box, how many tv channels at your home tv box.
3. Please tell me what channel is missed, tell us the missed channel frequency, our engineer will check it for you. If our tv box really has a problem, we will send you the updated firmware to solve this problem.
4. So we need you to offer us more detailed information. Miss channel frequencies, it should be like 474Mhz or 620Mhz. Press info on the remote control at your home tv box, it will show frequency on the screen.
Can i get some help on my dvb t2 , i have only one channel that it show but the rest are scrambling am from Tanzania Arusha
